Holistic Wellbeing and Relaxation 2014-2015

You will be consulted at the beginning of the course about what topics you would like to explore, so the course content remains fluid and is informed by your needs and requests. In each session you will have the opportunity to participate in guided visualisation, meditation or the ancient Eastern art of Qi gong. You will develop the ability to utilise aids for the mind, body and spirit, such as how to use positive thinking, affirmations and developing skills in how to say, 'No!'

 This course will help you to understand how the stress and barrages of daily life can affect your self-confidence and self-esteem and it will equip you with effective ways of improving them. We can also cover more spiritual and esoteric beliefs such as Guardian Angels, Mandalas, Mantras and The Chakras. There are also possibilities to explore alternative medicine and healing such as aromatherapy, crystal healing, diet and nutrition.
