At entry level, the focus will be on developing skills for life and introducing learners to skills for work and is designed for adults with no or little prior experience of using digital devices or the internet.

At level 1, the focus will be more on skills for work with a secondary focus on skills for life and is designed for adults with some experience of using digital devices and the internet but lacking secure basic digital skills.

This short course will allow you to develop your online knowledge so you can support your children with more confidence in using the Internet and other digital services safely.

The course covers 5 units which are listed below, each will take approximately 2 hours to complete:
