We want to support your learning. If you are entitled to financial help to pay for travel, resources, or childcare, you should follow the dates below to submit your evidence to ensure you are refunded quickly.

The last date for a refund for the summer 2027 term is 31 July 2027.

We will accept the following evidence:

• Travel - proof of travel or parking tickets
• Childcare - we will be invoiced directly by your childcare provider
• Resources - itemised bill

You can send your evidence by email to financeclaims@aes.wolverhampton.gov.uk, or put the evidence into the box in the Student Gateway at the City Learning Quarter.

Don’t miss out on support for childcare. You can apply for help to pay for childcare from the government. The amount will be based on the age of your child, whether you are employed, your household income, and your immigration status.
