Attendance and Punctuality

To get the most out of your course and achieve your goal we expect you to attend every face-to-face class and to be on time. We also expect you to complete all work set remotely.

You should arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class and be in class ready to learn at the class start time.

Punctuality and attendance will be monitored. We have high expectations for both.

If absence is unavoidable, you must call the attendance hotline on 01902 558180 or email enquiries@aes.wolverhampton.gov.uk giving us:

  • your name
  • the course you are studying
  • your teacher’s name
  • the day and time of your class

Try to arrange appointments outside of class and work placement times.

If your attendance becomes a concern, we will contact you, and the place on your course may be at risk.
