English, Maths and Digital Skills

We aim to give all our students the opportunity to improve their English, maths and digital skills. English and maths courses are free if you do not already have a GCSE 9-4 (A* - C). You will also be able to join Essential Digital Skills classes at no cost. Speak to Student Services for more information.

Join these classes if you want to:

  • improve your English, maths or digital skills
  • gain an English, maths or digital skills qualification for a job or a course
  • help your children or grandchildren with schoolwork
  • improve your confidence with everyday tasks involving reading, writing, using numbers and a computer or tablet

Having good English, maths and digital skills is important for everyday life and learning. All courses embed these skills as part of your study.

Talk to Student Services about joining a course.
