Student ICT Accounts

When you enrol you will have a student ICT account. This means you can access:

  • classroom computers and laptops
  • our free WiFi
  • computers available for study
  • laptop and internet access loan scheme
  • a student email
  • Microsoft 365

You will be given a username and password. Do NOT share your username and password with anyone
else and keep them safe.

When you log on for the first time you will need to:

  • log in on an AEW computer
  • change the temporary password

If you have any problems or still need your login details, please contact reception.

Student email and Microsoft 365

You will receive an Microsoft 365 account (this is not the same account as the one you use to log in to AEW computers).

You can log into your Microsoft 365 account via www.office.com.
Your email address is your Student ID number followed by @wton-acl.ac.uk. Your Student ID number is on your ID badge.

You will be asked to change the password when you first log in. You will also be asked to setup account password reset options which will include 2 of the following:

  • an alternate email address
  • mobile phone number
  • security questions

You will then be able to use Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Teams.
